Training didn’t go to plan? Picked up an injury or illness? Or maybe your training’s gone better than expected and you’re ready to step it up a notch?
No problem. Participants can transfer between distances for the 2026 Jetty 2 Jetty event up until midnight, Sunday 21 June 2026. Subject to availability. You will not be able to transfer to a sold-out event.
To make a change, simply visit the Event Registration page, click on TRANSFER, and follow the prompts.
Something’s come up, a work commitment, holiday plans, or an unexpected injury, and you can no longer take part? If you know someone keen to take your place, you can transfer your entry to another participant.
Transfers to another person are available until midnight, Sunday 21 June 2026.

BEWARE! We’ve seen some sneaky attempts to sell entries online, where the same spot gets sold more than once. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend only transferring through our official channels. Social media or resale sites aren’t safe, and we can’t guarantee entries purchased this way are valid.
All distance and participant transfers incur a $10 transfer fee.
If you are transferring down in distances, you will not receive a refund for the difference in price.
If you transfer your entry to a different distance or to another participant, the merchandise allocated to your original race entry will be forfeited. Merchandise issued will align with your new race entry, and the allocated merchandise for the new distance or participant will be provided.
If you choose to withdraw from the event, the following refunds apply to entry fees and any additional merchandise purchased. Refunds are based on when your withdrawal request is received (by midnight):
