If you do not wish your content to be used, you can request removal by contacting tourism@temb.com.au.

 

Posting Guidelines

When submitting content, you agree that:

You have the right to post the content and grant the necessary permissions.

Your content does not infringe on any rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights.

Your content does not contain false, misleading, or offensive material.

Your content is not commercial, illegal, discriminatory, or harmful in any way.

TEMB reserves the right to remove or reject any content that does not comply with these guidelines.

 

Monitoring & Removal of Content

TEMB is not obligated to monitor all user-generated content but reserves the right to review and remove inappropriate material at its discretion.

Competitions and Promotions

From time to time, TEMB may run competitions, special offers, or promotions on its Sites, including deals from third parties. These promotions will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided at the relevant time.

All travel bookings facilitated through TEMB are provided by third-party service providers. Each provider may have its own terms and conditions that apply to your travel. Please refer to your booking documentation for the relevant terms.
