Absolutely! We recommend you bring chairs! 

Yes, Dogs will be allowed at the event however we request that they be kept on a lead at all times and that owner's pick up after their dogs. 
There will be Fireworks at 7pm, so we kindly request that dogs are removed from the site by this time as it can be very scary for them.

The event will go ahead in rain. If the rain causes a safety issue, there may be an alternation to the program and/or festival elements. 

Although unlikely, if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, patrons will be notified on all social media platforms. 

Yes, there will be a drop-off / Pick up zone on Bundar Cres. Please follow the directions of Traffic Marshals.

Yes, BYO Drinks and Food will be permitted. However, please note that this is an Alcohol and glass free event. 

No, this event is a smoke and Vape free event. We request that, if you need to smoke, that you do so away from the event.

Yes, we have trained and qualified first aid available at this event. If you are in need of assistance, please seek help from any event staff or volunteer for assistance.

• Glass bottles
• Electric scooters, skateboards and bikes. Mobility devices and aids are fine.
• Any other items deemed to be unsuitable by event staff

Any person or persons found within the event area in the possession of any of the above items will be removed from the site.

Public Transport: Take the Train to Ferny Grove Station, then walk approximately 10 minutes.
Car: Parking is limited to street parking. Please be respectful and do not block any driveways.
Walking: If you live close to the park, we highly recommend walking to the event to help minimise unneccasary congestion.
