Step into nature’s playground in Moreton Bay

24 Nov 2025

Ditch the concrete jungle and say hello to the best of Mother Nature's playground. Take your shoes off, wiggle your toes in the sand, sit back and close your eyes, and allow that much-needed sense of wonder back into your life.

Even as adults, embracing nature invites creativity and sparks excitement. There’s nothing that’ll have you giggling with joy like watching a dolphin jump and twirl among the waves or a cheeky wren hopping from branch to branch.

Discover your own magical moment waiting to be found amongst the flora and fauna and sparkling waters of Moreton Bay. Whether you’re young or young at heart, you’ll want to check out these activities in the great outdoors.

Cuddle cute animals at White Ridge Farm

For an instant serotonin boost, you’d best say hello to the local residents of White Ridge Farm. The Interactive areas let guests pat, brush, and feed the animals and we’ve heard it’s unlikely that Gypsy the camel will let you leave without a pat or the bunnies without a cuddle. Arm yourself with a bucket of feed ready to distribute among the llamas, alpacas, piglets and goats and play farm hand for a day.

Families can hop on tractor rides, explore the Timeline Train, or kick off a friendly round of putt-putt golf followed by a bite to eat at the café or enjoy a picnic with scenic farm views.

There’s no denying why the family-owned and certified accessible farm has been the proud recipient of the Best of Queensland Experience award six years running, knowing just how to make core memories come to life.
