If you are looking for one of the largest selections of cakes and pastries on the peninsula, Bazil & Co, at 1/73 Landsborough Ave, Scarborough, is the place to go.
Bazil & Co also offers breakfast and lunch with burgers, bagels, Segafredo coffee, fresh juices, milkshakes and sandwiches available. All this and glorious views across the waters of Morten Bay from the Redcliffe cafés location by the beach and park.
Café 3Eightnine, at 89 Landsborough Ave, Scarborough, is an ideal spot for a bite to eat. Dine while looking out over Scarborough beach and the wonderful waters of Moreton Bay beyond. Enjoy an all-day breakfast made from fresh, local produce available until 2.30pm or a specialised lunch menu 11am - 2:30pm.
If you're on the Peninsula on a Sunday don't leave without dropping into the Redcliffe Markets - there are food trucks galore! Open every Sunday morning along Redcliffe Pde. There’s entertainment and so much for youngsters to see, while dogs and small pets are always welcomed provided they are on a leash at all times.
You’ll also find a cool drink and liver treat for visiting pets at the Puppy Pit Stop by the information booth. Among the market stalls there is so much food including farm-direct meat and seafood as well as arts and crafts homemade goods and much more.
The Belvedere is one of many dog and kid-friendly restaurants Redcliffe is proud to call theirs complete with a playground within one of the al fresco areas. There is also a children’s menu.
The Bel, as locals call it, also has a dog-friendly dining area to ensure no canine member of the family is forgotten on their visit to the peninsula. Plus, the human food is delish and they can make a mean cocktail!

With sweeping views over Moreton Bay and the marina’s trawlers, Scarborough Harbour Brewing Co has quickly become a favourite on the North Brisbane brewery scene, offering great beer and locally sourced seafood.
All the craft beers on tap are brewed onsite, and the menu consists of fresh seafood which has been caught thanks to Morgans located next door.
Located at Bird O’Passage Pde, Scarborough, Morgans Seafood has been described as the ‘crown jewel of Queensland’s seafood outlets’ located on the beautiful Scarborough Marina. They offer 180 products from fresh whole fish to local fillets, varieties of prawns, oysters and crabs. Sourced off the trawlers, these are available from their takeaway service, oyster bar and sushi bar or you can eat in, water side.
Few venues can beat Tempest Seafood Restaurant and Teppanyaki Grill, at the Scarborough Boat Harbour, for true waterfront, trawler-to-plate restaurant dining. Trawlers literally moor on its doorstep with the freshest seafood for menus which change with the seasons to suit customers and the peninsula’s climate.
Seafood Town, at 14 Oxley Ave, Woody Point, offers locally-caught Queensland seafood direct from the trawlers or local fishermen. Hundreds of products are available each day with something for everyone's budget from fish, chips and fresh salads to take away seafood.
