Simon & Lyndall Chrisnall – New Zealand Kite Flyers

MEET SIMON

Simon started working for Peter Lynn Kites in 1996. His first Show kite to go into production was the Crab Show Kite, followed by the Cuttlefish. He became the main designer for Peter Lynn Kites. Designing many kites over the years for individuals, sponsors and special events all around the world.
Simon has designed some amazing kites over the years, and if you asked him what his favourite kite has been, he would say it was designing 'Toothless' for 20th Century Fox, from 'How to Train Your Dragon 2'. He has worked on all 5 of the world's largest kites, including the Gunnies World Record ‘The Hope Flag' kite. Expect to see some new designs not flown at Redcliffe before! There will be many different kites, up to 30 meters in length!

MEET LYNDALL

Lyndall married Simon and now works side by side with him at Peter Lynn Kites. It brings her so much joy to see people happy with their kite creations!
