Dogs are permitted at QSEC in designated areas, provided they are kept on a lead (maximum length of 1 metre) and under control at all times. Dogs must be kept away from horse activities including Competition areas, Trade areas and shower/toilet/laundry facilities.

The event will go ahead in rain. If the rain causes a safety issue, there may be an alternation to festival elements. 

Although unlikely, if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, patrons will be notified via the Christmas City of Moreton Bay Facebook page.

You can bring limited outside snacks and sealed water bottles to QSEC. The following will NOT be permitted; metal (cutlery, etc); alcohol; thermos flasks; hot food/drink; large coolers/eskies/picnic baskets; or any form of glass (bottles, containers, etc).

QSEC is a non-smoking/non-vaping venue including the stables, amenities blocks and the Main Arena. In accordance with Queensland Government policy, smoking and vaping is permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking/vaping Areas. Anyone caught smoking or vaping outside of a designated area may be subject to on the spot fines.

Yes, we have trained and qualified first aid available at this event. If you are in need of assistance, please seek help from any event staff or volunteer for assistance.

• Glass bottles
• Electric scooters, skateboards and bikes. Mobility devices and aids are fine.
• Any other items deemed to be unsuitable by event staff

Any person or persons found within the event area in the possession of any of the above items will be removed from the site.

Car: There is plenty of parking on site. Please follow traffic marshal directions. 

Walking: If you live close to the park, we highly recommend walking to the event to help minimise unneccasary congestion.

Public Transport: The Caboolture train station is approximately 2.6 km from QSEC.
